"My perception of Interior Designers has always been kind of “fluffy, colours and carpets”. How wrong was I. My partner Shane and I purchased commercial space and Michelle took over. She got preliminary occupancy approvals from the City, because she created excellent construction drawings, which helped tremendously. She managed all the hard contractors, electricians, drywall guys, carpenters, plumbing etc. Then went to work on the aesthetics, creating for us this crazy really cool, industrial/lounge vibe with retro furniture and splashes of vibrant colour mixed with Birch panelling and beams, etc etc....Really cool space that our employees love. MMI is really even keeled, no matter how intense the reno got with the tight deadlines, ...If you are expecting a reno, you should at least short list Michelle. For us she was definitely a “home run” choice."
