A reality TV show experience.

We were called upon to update and modernize the original interior for a retiring couple from Toronto. The client wanted turn-key service, with a reality TV show experience. All design choices and decisions were made over long-distance communication and the unveiling was the first time the clients walked into the space. 

 

They were ready to take the exciting jump from their traditional home and furnishings to a contemporary, casual west coast space.  The original layout did not take advantage of the views and the natural light available to the space. By eliminating walls and enlarging the sitting room and kitchen area, this condo became a stunning ocean front retreat.  A modern feel was achieved through the use of plush soft fabrics on select furniture pieces, bold light fixtures and a complete redesign on the fireplace, further adding warmth and comfort to this ocean home.
